Here are some basic frequently asked questions on how to play Party Town and level up into a more experienced Pet.
1. How do I change the language?
Ans: At the top of the game, there’s a drop down menu bar. Simple click on it and choose your desired language.
2. Where can I see my statistics for my pet?
Ans: When your game loads, you will see a little bunny icon – if you can’t see your stats, click on the icon. To hide the stats, click on it again.
3. What are these icons for?

6. What is this peace sign 
on the top bar beside the “Buy Diamonds” icon?
Ans: This is the medal icon. Every consecutive 5-7 day login to Party Town, you will receive a medal. Once you accumulate to a specific amount, you may exchange them for items in the Magic Shop. Every item has a different price so best know how much you’d need to save up! Currently, there is no other method known to increase this.
7. Where can I find a sketch pad to complete a mission?
Ans: A sketch pad is also known as a chalkboard/white board. If you have diamonds to spare, you could purchase one of the diamond priced white/blackboard in the Magic Shop. Alternatively, just settle for a generic blackboard that cost in coins.
8. To complete another mission, I’d need to write a letter to my neighbor. How can I do so?
Ans: At the Magic Shop, you’d have to purchase an envelope (see picture below). There are a few different kinds at different prices. I would suggest stocking up on them as this mission could occur at least 3-4 times. Purchase the cheapest envelope, then head over to your neighbor’s house. Open the chest and drag the envelope into your neighbor’s house. Write a note to them and then send.
9. Where can I find Playground?
Ans: It is the first shop to the left when you enter Party Town. Alternatively, you can click on the arcade icon 
10. Where can I play Night Fall to complete my mission?
Ans: Night Fall is also known as Perlious Platforms found in the Arcade.
The 3 games Party Town has for our pets to play are: Perilous Platforms, Whack-A-Pet & Soccer
11. I need to “talk” to strangers for my mission, do I go into a stranger’s house?
Ans: No. What you need to do is go back onto the main street (click on the Door icon to leave your house). Wait on the street for any pet with a “!” on their head. Click on the pet – you will be able to get a random dialogue, some coins, some food or even Lucky Points. But be careful, if unlucky you’ll get coins stolen by some nasty strangers too!
12. How do I entertain my pet?
Ans: You will need to use either the free gifts yellow or pink duck (you can always request for these from your friends) or you can go into Supermarket and purchase any brush or a feather. Drag either one of the items which I’ve mentioned to your pet.
13. How do I get more coins?
Ans: There are several ways of earning coins in this game.
- Log in every day.
- Visit your neighbors – entertain them, feed them and clean them.
- Do gardening in your friends’ or Pet Baby’s garden. – Each gardening session lasts 1 hour. You can choose to either weed, till or water the garden. During which, you will not be able to do anything with your pet – so I highly recommend doing this AFTER you’ve done your visits before you decide to close your PT for the day/night. The reward for each gardening session is 200 coins (400 for Pet Baby) and you are limited to only 3x a day. Be warned, if you do not click on your pet to go home after 1 hour is up and the owner of the garden is around, he/she will be able to kick you out, taking half of what you earn.
- Go venture into your friends’ homes to look for garbage or poo. Clean them, they’ll give you points and coins.
- Recycle your unwanted items to the Wheel of Fortune – you’d be lucky to get some really good coins from there. The more big ticket items you recycle, generally the more points they’d give. Accumulate those Fortune Points to get bigger rewards on the Wheel.
- Visit Love Gardens – click on the little heart with wings to get coins, experience, items and/or Lucky Points.
- Purchase the Gold Coin Fruit Tree and Spring Festival Tree. Grow them in your garden and when it’s time to harvest, their fruits will give you coins.
- Always go to the arcade to play all 3 games. They will not only give you coins but experience to level up too. Not to mention, you may get lucky and win one of the lucky prizes.
14. How do I earn/get diamonds?
Ans: To earn diamonds, you’ll have to log in everyday. After 5-7 days, you will receive 1 diamond (this is random, some have informed me they received on the 4th day, I myself have received on the 5th day and some on the 6th day). This is very much like PS Cash Coins reward. Alternatively, you could purchase diamonds. The maximum you could purchase using your mobile phone is 10 diamonds. Other quantities will have to be via FB credits, Paypal or Credit Card.
15. What are the items in the mystery boxes?
Ans: Currently, there are only images on certain mystery boxes as well as updates listed on the official app’s page in FB. Once there are more information, Im sure it will be shared and spread out to all of Party Town pages.
16. What is in the Small Treasure Mystery Box (cost 200 coins)?
Ans: Every box contain one of these outcomes:

19. What can I do with Lucky points? How can I get more?
Ans: To utilise your lucky points, you can head over to the Magic Shop and buy the mystery boxes that costs either 200 coins, 400 coins or 4 diamonds. Each box uses a different amount of Lucky Points – 200 coins (small) mystery box would use 20 Lucky Points, 400 coins (medium) mystery box would use 50 Lucky Points and the 4 diamond (large) mystery box would use 100 Lucky Points. To get more Lucky points, you have 3 choices
1. Ask friends to help.
2. Recharge using diamonds (please note you’d have to buy diamonds or accumulate diamonds from your 5day login gifts, if you have insufficient in order to recharge your lucky points)
3. Try your luck with the Wheel of Fortune.
20. How do I use the Wheel of Fortune?
Ans: You’ll need Fortune Points. To get FP, you’ll need to recycle some items. There are different levels on the Wheel:
No Level (insufficient FP for Level 1) – 1 LP/2-15coins
Level 1 = 500 FP – 3-15 LP/400-2000 coins/Pink Mystery box
Level 2 = 2000 FP – 10-25 LP/3000-8000 coins/Yellow Mystery Box
Level 3 = 8000 FP – 20-50 LP/10000 & 30000 coins/Rose colored stripped Mystery Box

23. Can I change my default entrance to another room?
Ans: Yes. In order to change your current entrance to another room, you’d need the card below which costs 9 diamonds at the Magic Shop.
24. Where can I find shelves?
Ans: They can be found in Fran’s Furnishings and Supermarket. Don’t be alarmed, Party Town does not have a wide array of shelves to pick from.

where do you buy room extensions?
You can find the room expansion cards in the Magic Shop. It will be together with other cards. There are 3 types of room expansions – small (coins), large (diamonds) and premium (diamonds)
hello there where I can write a letter to my friends?
Go to Magic shop, buy a letter and then drop it in your friend’s house like a present. It will then open the letter and let you write a message to him/her.
